and a slightly updated Stock Presentation checklist. Please email me if you

Checklist for presenting a stock for consideration: 
All that is required is a completed Stock Selection Guide (SSG) or
equivalent. Other items on this list may reinforce a 'buy' argument, let us
sleep better, and get rich slowly. Sub paragraphs are suggestions or
examples of where one can get some of this information. Please email if you
find other or better sources. 


1. Completed SSG (or equivalent) for the stock (required).

2. Others' estimates  
- http://www.stocksmart.com/  -enter the stock, go to the 'Stocks -Primary'
table, click on the company ticker, check the earnings, surprise, and
recommendations data.
- http://quotes.quicken.com/investments/quotes/ -enter stock, click 'Get
Quote', click the 'Analysis' button

3. Competition and  Industry comparison - industry performance (5 yr.)
- https://networth.quicken.com/investments/  -enter stock symbol and hit
'get quote', click on the 'chart' button, play in the 'Advanced Charting
Controls' section, and press the 'chart' button. 
- http://www.wsrn.com/home/companyResearch.html  -enter stock, go to
'Research, Reports & Summaries:' section, check the 'Industry Comparison',
and 'CorpTech Reports' 'MarketGuide Report'
- http://www.stocksmart.com/  -enter the stock, go to the 'Stocks -Primary'
table, click on the company name, check the chart and other information
-Valuline and S&P company reports often have industry related data.

4. Industry leaders' performance (fill out separate SSGs, or get a
'snapshot' chart or data)

-enter stock, go to 'Research, Reports & Summaries:' section, check the
'MarketGuide Report'

5. Additional information on what sets this stock apart: buisness
strategies, practices, etc.
-Valuline and S&P company reports sometimes mention this stuff.

6. Information on management, (incl. stock ownership), or other indicators
of company stability.
- again, Valuline and S&P company reports sometimes has this.
